• Clean and polish appliances (inside and outside, if applicable).
• Clean sinks, faucets, and plumbing fixtures; remove water spots and construction residue.
• Sweep and mop floors thoroughly.

Bathrooms:

• Clean and disinfect sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and plumbing fixtures.
• Remove dust and construction debris from countertops, cabinets, and mirrors.
• Polish all chrome and metal surfaces.
• Remove labels or stickers from fixtures and mirrors.
• Mop floors and ensure grout and tiles are spotless.

Sleeping/Living Areas:

• Dust all surfaces, including walls, baseboards, and window sills.
• Clean tracks and frames; remove any construction residue.
• Remove dust from vents, fans, and light fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets or mop hard floors to remove fine dust and debris.

Entryways:

• Wipe down doors, frames, and hardware to remove dust and fingerprints.
• Clean and polish glass doors or windows.
• Sweep and mop floors thoroughly.
• Dust and clean light fixtures and entryway furniture (if applicable).

General:

• Remove and dispose of all construction debris.
• Vacuum all carpets and rugs using a HEPA filter vacuum.
• Wipe down all walls and baseboards to remove construction dust.
• Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents.
• Clean all windows, tracks, and screens throughout the home.
• Mop all hard floors with appropriate cleaning solutions to remove residue.
